John Onofre is the co-founder and strategic business lead of Liontect
Construction, bringing a unique blend of creative vision and operational
insight to the firm. John plays a pivotal role in shaping Liontect’s direction—
bridging innovative design thinking with practical execution.
Before co-founding Liontect, John built his reputation in the creative industry
as the founder of an on-demand design and outsourcing agency,
Design Crew Pro.
At Liontect, John leads the business side of operations—managing finances,
project pipelines, and client negotiations to ensure the firm runs smoothly
and sustainably. His focus on strategy, structure, and service allows the team
to deliver projects with clarity, accountability, and long-term value.
Ar. Limuel TolentinoPrincipal Architect / Founder
Ar. Tolentino is a licensed architect and the design lead of Liontect
Construction, a Caloocan-based design-and-build firm committed to
creating human-focused, environmentally responsible spaces.
Before establishing Liontect, he honed his craft at one of the Philippines’
top-tier, Quadrouple-A construction company - Megawide Construction
Corporation for more than 5 years, gaining deep technical expertise in
large-scale, quality-driven projects.
Known for his hands-on approach, Arch. Limuel works closely with
foremen, workers, and engineers to ensure plans are executed precisely
and efficiently. From real-time issue resolution to checking every detail onsite,
he leads with dedication, setting the standard for the entire team.
Calvin AnzaldoJUNIOR ARCHITECT ANDMARKETING OFFICER
Calvin Jeff Anzaldo is a junior architect of with experience in heritage conservation, modular design, and architectural drafting. He previously served as Junior Architect under the Facilities Management Division of the National Museum of the Philippines, contributing to key heritage conservation projects. His background also includes drafting roles with Adaptive Elements and internship experience withCasas + Architects, Inc.Calvin has earned recognition in national and international photography competitions and has held leadership positions within UAPGA and UAPSA at both national and university levels.
As Junior Architect and Marketing Officer, he focuses on architectural drafting and visual documentation. He also supports the firm's marketing efforts by creating content and strengthening brand visibility across platforms.
