The Palencia Project in Ayala Alabang is a seamless home extension designed for a growing family. Rooted in the home's original mid-century character, the new space was carefully planned to mirror its clean lines, subtle curves, and timeless proportions—making the extension feel like it was always part of the house. The result is added functionality and value without compromising the architectural integrity of the home.
